Yummmmmmmmmy

There should be more white chocolate. Really. In soft baked cookies. Delicious.

Now if only bakers would stop insisting on putting macadamia nuts in too, I'd be a very content Katie.

But macadamia nuts don't really have much of a flavor, so it's not as bad as it could be...

No, that's true. But they're misleading. It looks like a lot of white chocolate, but bite into the wrong patch of cookie, and all you get is nut.

I always have a ton of fun referring to cookies as "male" and "female."

Think about it.

Macadamia nuts are wildly overrated. I've never understood the appeal. But, then, I'm not much of a nuts person.

A very nice person at our office gave me a wrapped box of See's Candy for Christmas. I was very disappointed to discover it was chocolate covered nuts.

My inlaws (where we spend the holidays) are infamous for only eating the See's Nuts & Chews blends. Which is a mixed blessing, since it means that any of their friends that know them only give them N&Cs, but anything they get other than that has no competition for it.

Target used to carry a key lime and white chocolate cookie. They are so damn good.

I have to get two boxes. So I'll have one to put in the pantry for others to share. Ha!
